Massive Hulk Statue Lifted Through Roof at Madame Tussauds London

The Incredible Hulk has always been famous for making destructive entries, but one legendary museum display took that reputation to an entirely new level!

Back in 2003, the world renowned Madame Tussauds wax museum in London created a colossal 15 foot tall, 1.5 ton Hulk figure for a special interactive exhibit built to celebrate the UK theatrical release of the live action movie.

However, the green giants sheer scale posed a massive architectural challenge for museum staff. Measuring an incredible seven feet wide, the giant statue was far too massive to squeeze through any standard entrance or service door in the building.

To solve the problem, engineers had to use a massive industrial crane to carefully hoist the multi ton superhero over the structure and drop him into the gallery directly through the roof!

Ranked as one of the largest and heaviest wax figures ever constructed in Madame Tussauds history, the gargantuan green behemoth instantly became a fan favorite spectacle for visitors.

Decades later, the absurd story of lifting Marvels strongest Avenger through a ceiling remains one of the most iconic, unforgettable promotional stunts in museum history.
