DreamWorks Animation has officially confirmed that its next highly anticipated original feature, Forgotten Island, will arrive in theaters on September 25, 2026. The film is helmmed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado, the acclaimed directorial duo behind Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.
The animated feature is already generating massive buzz for blending DreamWorks' distinct, stylized visuals with rich Philippine mythology. The storyline centers on two best friends trapped on an enchanted island where their memories slowly begin to fade.
